Latest developments:
• State Department of Health on Thursday reported 304 new confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 166 cases on Oahu, 54 on Hawaii island, 30 on Maui, 28 on Kauai and 26 Hawaii residents diagnosed out of state.
• There have now been 80,886 confirmed and probable cases statewide, including 56,087 on Oahu, 10,352 in Hawaii County, 9,593 in Maui County (9,222 on Maui, 232 on Molokai and 139 on Lanai) and 2,373 on Kauai. A total of 2,481 Hawaii residents have been diagnosed outside of the state.
• There were eight new deaths reported Thursday, bringing the statewide total to 826.
• Honolulu County is averaging 139 new cases a day and a test positivity rate of 3.2 percent, followed by Hawaii County at 46 cases and 5.2 percent, Maui County at 21 cases and 2.3 percent and Kauai County at 17 cases and 4.3 percent.
